The course combines elements of security risk factors, observation skills, psychology and body language, and profiling. Delegates obtain a focus on how to conduct observation, increased ability to recognise and read incident risk behaviour, enhanced situational awareness, and improved targeting and detection skills.

Advanced awareness of the potential information in video, more subtle cues and indicators are looked at to enhance detection, and video analysis techniques. Implications of behaviour for person and psychological profiling are also examined in more detail including identifying syndicate relationships.
